My background is in finance and consulting, with a focus on building reliable reporting, improving processes, and partnering closely with CFO and finance leadership teams. Most of my work has been in regulated financial services environments, where clarity, accuracy, and follow-through matter.
Early in my career at AIG, my responsibilities included working closely with the Chief of Staff within Finance Transformation. The role required versatility, and I became known as a technical problem-solver - building reporting macros, maintaining enterprise SharePoint sites, and independently learning Adobe Premiere Pro to produce a payment automation video that was ultimately shared with the CFO. I later stepped away to complete my Master’s in Computer Information Systems.
At Deloitte, I worked in the Financial Services Controllership practice, where I led small teams and supported finance and investment reporting leaders through structured working sessions, steering committees, and executive reviews. One of my most formative engagements involved supporting an insurance startup through budgeting, market positioning, and investment-related reporting and analysis. This ground-up effort required close collaboration with the CFO to design operating and financial models that positioned the spin-off for long-term success. I have also supported investment systems implementations and built Tableau dashboards for banking clients.
Across roles, my focus has been on delivering high-quality service through responsiveness, proactive improvement, and clear communication. I regularly developed executive-ready presentations and proposals, translating complex financial and operational insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
My consulting experience spans early-stage organizations through Fortune 100 enterprises, giving me exposure to a wide range of operating models and challenges. I emphasize proactive stakeholder communication, team development, and disciplined execution. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), reflecting my commitment to effective project delivery.
In summary, I bring a strong foundation in finance paired with hands-on technical expertise. I have built Alteryx workflows, designed dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, and written SQL and VBA for automation and reporting. I have worked with systems including SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
